Supporting Breast Cancer Awareness this October

Charities have taken a big hit these last few years with numerous fundraising events cancelled so to try and help in some way, I’ve signed up again this year to support their ‘Wear It Pink’ campaign this month 💕

My ‘Why?’

I have several friends who have had, or are still battling this horrid disease, and I cannot imagine how it feels to be in their shoes.

One friend has amazingly won her battle! Another is still fighting and going through relentless treatment, and the other very sadly lost her life to this horrid disease, leaving behind a husband, a stepdaughter and a son – Taken way too soon 😦

‘Wear it Pink’ Campaign

I pray one day there will be a cure for Cancer and it will take no more lives from those we care about…

The ‘Breast Cancer Now’ Charity is funding research into cures for this disease so that one day that diagnosis needn’t be so scary, and that eventually no families need to lose loved ones to this disease!
